Dr. Judith Orloff’s book “Emotional Freedom-Liberate Yourself From Negative Emotions and Transform Your Life” is exceptional! Today we are facing trials and tribulations that are testing all of us, help is here if you are facing an emotional breakdown! “Emotional Freedom” is indeed one book that you need to add to your library and keep as a handy reference.

Over the past few years I have gone through several layers of emotions and have been desperately trying to free myself from the repercussions of past events in my life. After reading Dr. Orloff’s book it brought great insights into how I could heal myself and move past the energy draining emotions from a very powerful “Emotional Vampire”.  While I had heard this term before I was not really sure how to deal with those feelings or how to deal with this emotional vampire so I could move on.

Dr. Orloff explains in her book about the 5 different types of emotional vampires and the best way to deal with them plus how to protect yourself from future attacks.

The book also brought to my attention how I am at times an emotional vampire myself, something I had never honestly thought about. By familiarizing myself with each type I am better able to stop myself from becoming one of those people that others want to stay away from.

I highly recommend “Emotional Freedom” to anyone who is looking to heal their lives from the inside out! There is so much information that is relavent to each and everyone of us in this book, I do believe that if more people read this book and became aware of how our own emotions affect others the world would be a better place.”
